Hi friends! Happy Monday. Goodness it seems like we've had a such a cold winter, especially for Georgia. I'm so ready for some warmer temps and to see color outside again with the trees, flowers, etc. In other words, I'm ready for spring haha! We're headed off for a warm getaway next week, so I've been hunting down all the new spring arrivals. There are SO many cute things! Today I'm sharing some of them that I've either purchased for our trip or currently have in my cart. Which is your favorite?

Breakfast Board
Hi friends and happy Friday! I've got a fun post for you all today. Last weekend our family got together for a Sunday brunch after church. Breakfast casseroles are always a favorite of ours, but we wanted to have an assortment of some other breakfast/brunch goodies for everyone to enjoy. Hannah and I came up with this breakfast board that was so perfect for just that! We included an assortment of our favorites, such as pancakes, waffles, french toast sticks, bacon, egg bites and more. I'll include the entire list below + and easy grocery pickup list. It really is such a neat idea if you're hosting a brunch. It would also be perfect for a fun breakfast after a kids sleepover. See all the details next, and I'll also be sharing a step-by-step reel of us putting this board together over on IG reels.
- Plain cream cheese topped wish strawberries
- Pancake Skewers: blueberries, strawberries and mini pancakes
- Mini waffles
- French toast sticks
- Syrup
- Mini Bagels
- Bacon
- Chocolate chip mini muffins
- Spinach & Feta + Bacon & Cheddar Egg Bites
- Blueberry mini muffins

Easy Crockpot Barbecue Chicken (Multiple ways to serve)
Hi friends! I'm back today with another easy crockpot recipe that we love to make. It makes life a lot easier to be able to throw some things in the crockpot around lunchtime, leave it cooking all day and have a delicious hot meal ready to enjoy for dinner. I especially enjoy a good chicken recipe, because you can really prep a healthy meal.
Today I'm sharing an easy barbecue chicken that's a favorite of ours. My favorite part about this recipe is that there are multiple ways to serve it. You can leave the chicken breasts as is and serve with a side of whole grain rice and broccoli. After cooked, you can also shred the chicken, serve on a bun (I'll show my favorite healthier option below), serve on a bed of lettuce as a salad or serve on King Hawaiian rolls as sliders for a get-together. I also love freezing what we have left over in small amounts to pull out for lunches. Really, so many options for this one! Let's get started :) Oh and if you like to see visuals, like I do, I'll be sharing a reel featuring this recipe to my Instagram.
What You'll Need:
2 lbs. of boneless chicken breast (For a faster prep, if you for sure want to shred the chicken, use shredded rotisserie chicken, and cut the cook time in half as you'll only need to cook in the flavors).
Salt & Pepper to desired amount
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of barbecue sauce (my favorite is sweet baby rays)
1/4 cup of Italian dressing
1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce

All things pink - New Spring Arrivals
Once we hit January and the dead of winter, I start to dream of spring - never fails! It's crazy to think a month ago, I was full-on winter cozy Christmas mode. Now I'm like bring on the sunshine and warm weather! Last year, we took a warm weather trip to Florida last February, and goodness was it good for the soul! We were talking about how good it was for us and wanted to do it again this year. So with that being said, I've been doing LOTS of searching for all the best new spring arrivals. From swimsuits to all the bright happy colors, sandals to sundresses. And it's without a doubt that the color I hunt down the most is my favorite of all...PINK! The good news is that if pink isn't your favorite, most of these pieces come in other color choices.

Valentine Outfits for Women & Girls
In all honesty, I used to not be a huge fan of Valentine's Day. It wasn't until my friend Jaclyn and sister Hannah gave me a Valentine's Day themed baby shower when i was pregnant with Madeline that it took on a whole new meaning for me. Hearts and all the sweet pink things make me think of my Madeline. And every since becoming her mama, she's always been my little Valentine :)
I LOVE a sweet heart print and wearing hearts + decorating for the holiday makes me happy. I've also found that getting into all the fun Valentine things has helped me shake off the Christmas blues. Today I've rounded up some adorable heart sweaters for women, Valentine pieces for girls and and twinning options for mommy and me:

Workout Chic Finds
Hi friends and happy Tuesday! I'm slowly working on getting back into a good routine. I feel like last week was a 2022 trial run haha and this week is officially a fresh start. Anyone else? One of those is getting back into a good workout routine. I'm notorious for setting this goal first part of the year but have difficulty keeping it up. Last year was my longest stretch with this goal yet! I worked out consistently up until about October and only because I was having some back issues. Oh and then, hello, holidays (bring on the candy, baking and all the sweets). I really do want to get back into a consistent routine. Last week I did workout fine out of the last seven days, hit my water drinking goals each day and have been getting back into healthy food choices. It honestly feels great and I believe only takes that first step of deciding you're going to jump into it.
All of that being said, I decided to roundup some chic workout finds. I mean, if you're going to do it, why not look cute, right? Last year I discovered Old Navy's athletic leggings, and they quickly became my favorite ever! I used to love the Zella line at Nordstrom, but honestly Old Navy is even better and less expensive. Their leggings come in several length options (I always wear the petite lengths being 5'2). They have sports to mix and match with the colors and prints. I also have found some great workout tops to pair with them. Oh and huge bonus, they have some girls sizes to match! Madeline LOVES her workout sets and will wear them to jumprope (she's constantly trying to set new records for herself haha), play, etc. So, I've rounded up some workout inspo today to share with y'all today! See it all below:

Easy Crockpot Cubed Steak
Hi friends and happy Thursday! I'm back with an easy dinner idea to share with y'all. Last year (it feels so weird saying that haha), I attempted to start a series (in my efforts to simplify life) of sharing easy crockpot dinners. It's such a relief to be able to throw something together in a crockpot and let it cook all day. And speaking of, this one will make your home smell AMAZING as it cooks all day. Anyways, I'm going to try sharing more of these in 2022. As I build up some recipe content to share, my plan is to share them every other Thursday. If you missed my first one, you can check out our sweet & sour meatballs here. Today I'm excited to share another go-to recipe in our rotation: easy crockpot cubed steak. It's so easy, and the simple ingredients will make your mouth water. It's definitely one of those you can throw together, let cook for the day and not worry about. I'll also be sharing the steps over on my IG in a reel, if y'all want to check that out :)
If you're doing a grocery pickup, here's what I grabbed:
