Happy Tuesday, friends! I hope y'alls week is off to a great start. Yesterday was super dreary and rainy, so Madeline and I spent the day inside. It's really nice to have a day where you just stay in and get caught up every so often. I cleaned, organized, planned out everything I have to do for the week and more. Madeline was of course bummed that she couldn't go outside to ride her scooter, but she also loves to be my littler helper. She helped me clean and organize, and we also ended up playing with some of the things we were organizing along the way :) But this week is going to be so extremely busy with school from now until Sunday. I have been working away on my capstone project, trying to tie up loose ends and have it ready to be put to use. I have a three and a half hour test tomorrow and two other projects due by the weekend. Whew it's a bit overwhelming haha, but graduation is just a little over two weeks away (hallelujah)!
On another note, how fun is this darling lace top. I am soooo obsessed with this one, y'all! The entire silhouette, from the neckline to the sleeve details, are just so sweet. I have it paired with high rise jeans, because it is on the shorter side. It is so perfect for those warm spring and summer days. I will also definitely be pairing it with high rise shorts this summer as well. What I love most about this top is the detail in the back. It has a built in bandeau that zips in the back, and the top slits below that, exposing the high rise jeans. I have never had a top like this and absolutely love it. It's only $62, and I'm wearing the small, for size reference.
These earrings are another piece I want to mention. I told y'all a while back that I have been wearing clip-on earrings non-stop. My ears are so sensitive, and clip-ons have been the best thing. This pair comes in posts and clip-ons. I absolutely love them and have been so surprised with all how many looks I have paired them with. They're under $80.
Lastly, I want to mention my jeans. I purchased these last year, but they are my all-time favorite distressed pair. I get so many questions on these and have been telling y'all that I got them last year and they're now sold out. BUT the exciting news is that they were just re-stocked for this year! I'm so excited. I just ordered another pair. They're such a great price point at under $80. They fit like a glove and do not stretch out with wear but have just enough give to where they're so comfortable. They also wash very well. I highly recommend these! And if you don't want the distressed style, they also come in a non-distressed pair.

Happy Friday, sweet friends! I hope y'all have had a great week! Does anyone else feel like this week has absolutely flown by?! It has been so crazy busy for me. I've had things planned out every single day to the point where I've blinked and now we're to Friday. But hey, I'm not complaining :) I have been so consumed with finishing up all of my projects and studying for final tests/quizzes, especially this week. I graduate three weeks from today and could not be more excited. I cannot believe the end is almost here and all of this hard work is about to pay off. I give all of the glory to my Heavenly Father for carrying me through. Isn't a comfort to know that when we feel that we feel overwhelmed, we can trust that God is always there as we can cast all of our cares on Him?!
Now for a little bit about today's post. Y'all know that I am absolutely 100% obsessed with gingham. I have loved it long before it became a trend. This little gingham ruffle wrap skirt is a gingham lover's dream! I fell in love with this piece the second I laid eyes on it. And guess what! It was just marked down to $26!!! Yes, $26! Sizes won't last long in this cutie now that it's 40% off, so snag it while you can. For sizing reference, I did go up one size to a small, as it runs a little snug in the waist. So I recommend going up one size from your regular size. I love the contrast of the larger and smaller gingham print. I also adore Madeline's little gingham dress. The pink eyelet detail is absolutely too cute for words. When we were in Charleston, Madeline loved seeing the horses everywhere. She spotted one while we were taking these pictures :) Can y'all guess which picture it is?!

These are my favorite white jeans but in a dark wash! I'm so excited for these. Y'all know how I adore my white ones. I know I'll be getting a ton of wear out of these. I got them in a size 25 petite. They're on sale for $47.
One of the reasons I absolutely love LOFT is for their jeans. I always need a cropped jean, a petite size or have to have them altered, being 5'2. I also love a cute detail to the hem of my jeans, such as a frayed hem. LOFT has certainly come through with jeans this season. Not only do they have petite sizes, but they have ones with a fun little detail to the hem. I love love love the darling rope detail on the hem of these and am so excited to try them. I got a 25 petite in these as well. They're on sale for $41.

Happy Friday, Friends! Today's post is packed full of fun. I'm sharing one of mine and Madeline's looks that we wore when we visited Charleston a few weeks ago, and the news to another great sale y'all won't want to miss! Let's get started, shall we?! :)
First up, I'll tell y'all a little bit about our looks. How adorable is this eyelet, balloon sleeve top?! I love everything about it, from the fit to every little detail. Blue and white stripes, eyelet, tassels, balloon sleeves...it's so feminine and flattering. Definitely an easy, breezy piece that is perfect for now with white jeans and will also be darling in the summer with white shorts. I have also raved about these sandals on here before, but they are so comfortable, y'all! I wore them two out of our four days in Charleston, and my feet loved me for it haha. Cute and comfortable at the same time is definitely a huge plus. I also adore Madeline's little plaid flutter sleeve dress. It looks to be unfortunately already sold out in toddler sizes, but it is still available for both babies and girls. The colors make me so happy. When we were exploring the streets in Charleston that day and seeing all of the colorful architecture, I kept telling Madeline how she matched so many of the houses haha. We had such an amazing time in Charleston!

I used to not care too much about what I put on my face, but I absolutely love makeup and all beauty products. I get to excited to test out and play with new products. This foundation is by far my favorite one I've every tried. I've tried many, and this one seems to be the only one that really works for me. It seriously stays on all day and leaves the smoothest, flawless finish. It has great coverage as well. I use it in 1N2 Ecru.
This powder is hands down amazing. It has been my go-to for forever. I love that it doesn't make your face look whited out like some translucent powders do.
This perfecting powder is also amazing. It adds the most flawless finish to your face. I apply it after I've applied my translucent powder and again after I've finished my full face of makeup. It makes your skin look like porcelain. I have it in the color light.
The best brow pencil ever!! I love that it comes in the shade "universal taupe" which makes it work for so many. It also lasts for months! And I use it everyday.
Of all mascaras I've tried, this is my favorite! It does wonders for your lashes! I'm always getting asked if I have lash extensions, but nope, this mascara is the secret. Couldn't recommend it enough! I don't even have to curl my lashes before applying it.
Okay y'all, I'm so obsessed with these liquid eyeshadows. They're amazing!!! I just dab it on to my lids, right above my liner and gently blend it in for the most amazing sparkle. It's seriously so pretty. These do come in regular sizes and more color option, but I love this little trio. This set is mini sized, but it comes with three gorgeous colors that I alternate.
I love this stuff, especially for being in the sun or when I don't want to apply a full face of makeup. It has great coverage and will work as a foundation. But I like to wear it for a quick look and when I'm spending time outdoors. I wear this in the shade "light."
This stuff does just as it says...it brightens your under eyes with the most gorgeous, glowing look. And most importantly, it helps to cover those dark circles. I love this stuff so much! You barely need any at all, so a little goes a long way and it lasts forever. After blending it in with my beauty blender, I will dab that on to my lids before applying my eyeshadow as a primer.
I just switched to this bronzer a few weeks back and absolutely love it! I was using one by Laura Mercier, but this one is SO much better! I will be sticking to this one for a while.
This highlighter is AMAZING! It is definitely the prettiest one I've ever used. I'm obsessed with it! It comes in several gorgeous options, but I use "Moonstone" (which is a pale gold) and love it.
Now for some skincare...I have tried a few makeup removers, but this one is by far the best! I highly recommend using a balm, because you can actually see it breaking down the makeup as you're rubbing it in. I always feel like it gets everything off and leaves your face feeling ready to cleanse.
I love this moisturizer so much! First off, it's packed full of superfoods for your face. Yep, kale, spinach, green tea and more. It always feels so nice rubbing it into your face, and it also smells amazing!!! It is a lighter moisturizer, but I like to use it during the day as I don't love something too heavy under my makeup.
Now for my favorite self-tanner. This stuff is amazing! I had heard so many good things about it, and now I know why. What I love most about it is that is applies onto your skin with pigment, so you can see the spots you've missed, unlike other self-tanners I've tried. It looks so much more natural than other tanners I've tried. And the smell is also a lot better than others.
I like to apply this body lotion throughout the week after I've tanned to help extend the life of my tan. Moisturizing is key in helping your tan last longer.
Now for my favorite hair products. I only use Bumble and Bumble products. They're simply amazing and worth every penny. I love this stuff because it leaves my hair feeling so moisturized, healthy and silky smooth. I only use it when I wear my hair straight, though. It makes it too heavy for when I curl my hair.
I just started using this stuff last week, but I'm hooked! It's the same concept as a dry shampoo, but it's not. I spray it on my hair after I've dried it, and it adds so much texture! My hair is naturally very fine, so it always curls and styles best when it's a little dirty. Using this gives it that same texture, but without it being dirty haha. It's amazing! It also smells so good.
I absolutely love this stuff as it works wonders for my curls. I'll spray it into my roots when my hair is wet, then blow dry it in. It always helps my curls to look better and stay so well.
If I had to choose just one of my favorite hair products, this would be it! I spray it all throughout my hair before blow drying it. First off, it primes, so it protects from the heat. It also makes my hair curl so much better for some reason. It also helps it style easier when I wear it straight as well. On days when I'm in a hurry, this is the only product I'll use.
My favorite hairspray ever. I have tried all three of the Bb. holds, and the strong is the best! I don't like for my hair to feel stiff, so I love that this hairspray provides a strong hold without leaving it feeling that way. It smells amazing also!
Okay, I saved the best for last. Yes, my curling wand is included in this sale! This makes me so excited, y'all. I'm always answering questions about the wand I use and telling y'all that even though it's an investment, it's SO worth it. I love these shorts, as well, and am thinking about going back to get these. I was also so excited to see that my See by Chloe espadrilles are included in the sale.
