{Guest Post} A Pop Of Style - Riding Boots

Hi everyone! My name is Jenn, from the blog A Pop of Style. I am so delighted that Rachel has given me a chance to guest post on her blog, where I find new ideas and tons of style tips each day! I hope you enjoy my post, and stop on over to A Pop of Style if you like what you see here. :)

With the exception of my car, my first "big purchase" was my Vince Camuto riding boots during my junior year of college. It was one of those love-at-first-sight-while-shopping moments: I saw them on display, and after cringing over the price tag (I was still on a babysitting budget) I left the department store without them, but couldn't stop thinking about how badly I wanted the pair of boots. Two days later, I bought them and haven't regretted the investment for a second.

When it comes to equestrian-style boots, going for quality is most important, so invest in a good pair. My Vince Camutos were $198, and they have held up really well considering how often I wear them. My favorite part is that they are black and brown, so I can wear them with either color, and mix in fall style colors as well. My favorite way to wear them right now is with a black dress and a brown leather bow belt I recently snagged from Anthropologie! If you have riding boots, how do you like to style yours?

  1. riding boots are a good investment. I also bought me a expensive pair but I wear them for years so it is okay to spend a good amount of money for boots :)
