Happy Friday, Friends! As y'all know, I love matching and coordinating outfits with Madeline. These are actually my favorite posts to share on here. What I love more than anything is capturing her fun, little personality in these posts. She is so silly and full of pure joy. She has a sparkle in my eye that just warms my heart. I hope y'all enjoy these posts with Madeline as much as I love sharing them :)

Anyways, it's no secret that PINK is my very favorite color. However, I usually do not wear it as much during the fall months. I tend to go for all the fall hues, such as olive green, mustard yellow, burgundy and neutrals. But when I came across this gorgeous pink sweater dress, I simply could not pass it up! It's the prettiest shade of pink and is oh-so cozy. It's under $80 and runs true to size. I paired with brown accessories to give it more of a fall vibe. This brown ruffle scarf is also amazing! It's so extremely soft and isn't overwhelming bulky. It's almost a stretchy material, making it easy to wrap around your neck or drape it like I'm doing here. It's under $40! I also can't wait to stye this sweater dress with black or grey accessories for the winter months.

Now for a little on Madeline's outfit. I'm more than obsessed with the vibrant colors of her plaid flannel dress. It's so soft and perfect for her to wear all throughout the day. I do feel like this brand runs a bit small, so I always size her up to a 3t. I love it paired with this little tassel vest. And her booties pretty much speak for themselves, if you ask me :) They're the cutest things! She loves the pom poms on them as they're such a fun touch. They run true to size.

I'm so excited for the weekend! Do y'all have anything fun planned? Tonight we're going to see PJ Masks Live. My sister got Madeline liking that show a few months back, and when I saw that they were coming here, we got tickets! She's so excited and has been talking about it non-stop over the past few days. I hope y'all have a great weekend!

Thanks for stopping by.

Happy Thursday, everyone! Today I'm styling one of my favorite cardigans that I've purchased so far. Ruffles, ruffles and more ruffles...need I say more? :) I am a sucker for ruffles. When I came across this darling cardi, I could not say no! The ruffles down one side give it such a unique, adorable look. There are also ruffles on the sleeves, which I love. This cardigan is under $80 and also comes in a gorgeous grey. I love the mauve color so much and adore the way it looks paired with grey and with brown. It also pairs perfectly over a dress, for a dressier look. It's definitely one of the cutest cardigans that I've ever owned :)

I hope y'all are having a great week! Mine has been crazy busy with school. I've had a lot due, but it seems like I've had so many technological issues over the past few days with trying to complete and turn in assignments. It has been nothing short of a headache! I love technology, but at the same time I hate it haha. Am I the only one? I'm just excited that tomorrow is Friday! I can'y wait to enjoy the weekend and do some fun things with Madeline. :)

Thanks so much for stopping by, friends!

Happy Tuesday, Friends! I hope y'all are having a great week so far. Today I'm styling one of my favorite trends for fall: suede! I absolutely love all things suede. I purchased this darling faux suede skirt a few weeks ago. Now that the weather is finally starting to cool off, I am breaking it out and pairing it with so many different pieces. I adore the way it looks paired with a cropped sweater, like the one I'm wearing here. I also love the way it looks paired with a feminine blouse or with a plaid button down for a more casual look. And of course, I love it layered with a vest. I purchased this faux fur vest the same time that I purchased this skirt, and I am obsessed with it! Seriously, the styling options are endless for this fun, flirty skirt. It is under $80 and also comes in black.

This sweater is also one that I'm in love with. I was a bit hesitant to purchase it after seeing the reviews it had received, but I'm so glad that I did not listen to them and decided to give this cutie a try. It is cropped, making it on the shorter side, but that makes it so perfect for tucking into skirts as I'm doing for this post. The details of this piece are gorgeous, and of course it pairs perfectly with all sorts of scarves :)

It is finally starting to cool off a bit here. By cooling off, I mean in the low 70s and 40s at night. Even though it's not that cool, it certainly is a huge break from the 90 degree temps and humidity we have been having. That alone is a reason to celebrate :) Yesterday, we took Madeline to pick out her pumpkin. She had such a blast looking at all of the different shapes and sizes and picked out her favorite one. She chose a huge one and also couldn't leave without a mini pumpkin or two. The mini ones have always been my favorites, and I think Madeline feels the same. She is so excited for Halloween and won't stop talking about what she's going to be. I absolutely love this time of the year! I just want to bottle it up and hang on to it for forever. It's such a festive time and there's so much to look forward to :)

Happy Friday, Friends! Today I'm sharing one of my most worn, go-to looks for fall. Since it has been so hot recently, I haven't been able to actually enjoy this look yet for this year. But as soon as the weather cools off a bit, I'll be living in sweater dresses! I've always been a dress girl. Although I probably wear jeans more than anything, I'd choose a dress over pants any day! That's why I have a deep love for sweater dresses and usually end up collecting quite a few. This one is so cozy, yet it's not a thick, uncomfortable material. I love the fit, and the shade of burgundy is absolutely gorgeous! It's only $51 as well. I also recently purchased this one (only $51, as well) that I'm so excited to wear. It's the perfect neutral sweater dress to pair with tons of different scarves. I also love pairing my sweater dresses with vests, ponchos and more. They look great with booties, knee high boots, OTK boots and especially with Hunter Boots :)

I hope y'all are gearing up for a great weekend! Do y'all have anything fun planned? I'm technically on fall break this weekend for school, but I have a few things due by Sunday, which means I won't be taking an actual break haha. Anyways, it looks like the temps are supposed to feel more like fall this upcoming week, and I'm so excited! We have a lot of fun fall things planned next week and the week after that. Madeline is so excited for Halloween! Do y'all have any fun fall traditions?

The Best Mommy & Me Matching Shoes

The Best Mommy & Me Matching Shoes - Something Delightful Blog

Happy Wednesday, Friends! Y'all know that there's nothing I love more than matching with Madeline. I love coordinating outfits with her, but nothing gets me more excited than a pair of mommy and me matching shoes. I started thinking about this post a few weeks ago. As I was making my list of shoes to include in this post, I was surprised at how many identical pairs there are for moms and kids. Madeline have a few of these, such as the Hunter boots, the kitty flats and the Adidas Superstars. If I had to recommend one pair out of this list, I'd have to say that Hunter Boots would be the choice. They come in so many colors for moms and kids and are just so much fun :) Madeline and I wear ours all the time, especially in the fall and winter.

Which is your favorite pair?

Happy Tuesday, Friends! I hope y'all are having a great start to a new week. It has been so dreary here over the past few days...overcast, rainy, humid and HOT! Not at all what fall should feel like. I'm starting to think that maybe we're just skipping over fall haha? This Georgia girl is ready for some crisp, cool fall weather!

Today, I'm so excited to be styling one of my favorite trends for fall...velvet! The second I laid eyes on this gorgeous skirt, the styling ideas began to flow. The colors that are subtly blended into this skirt are so gorgeous and simply scream fall! I absolutely love it paired with with mustard yellow and brown accessories. This velvet skirt is currently 30% off as well. I also love this bell sleeve sweater so much. It is described as being the ideal versatile piece, and that's so true as it is perfect tucked into a skirt for work or church and dressed down with jeans and a scarf for a more casual look. It's under $60 and also comes in navy. And lastly, these booties were just marked down to 50% off, making them under $60! They come in a gorgeous grey and a black as well. I'm so surprised that they haven't sold out yet, because they're that amazing. I purchased mine during the anniversary sale, but even with that, they're much more on sale now than they were when I got them!

Are y'all loving velvet for fall?
Thanks so much for stopping by :)
