White Ribbed Tee (Obsessed!...On sale for $22 and also comes in black) // Ripped Knee Jeans (Under $80) // MCM Sara Leather Convertible Hobo // Ruffle Booties (Under $100 and comes in three colors) // Lisi Lerch Earrings // Gucci Belt // Necklaces (1 // 2) // Tory Burch Watch // Le Specs Sunglasses (Under $90)

Hello Friends and happy FriYAY! I hope y'all are gearing up for a great weekend. Today I'm so excited to share one of my all time favorite easy everyday looks that I've ever put together. I'm obsessed! I live in outfits like this, especially once the fall arrives. Of course it's still a little to warm to wear this look now, but I'm so excited for once fall arrives.

Let me first off touch on this white ribbed tee. Do yourself a favor and get in in both black and white! It is amazing! So comfortable and will be your go-to for fall. Wear it alone with jeans as I have it here, layer it with cardigans or vests, tuck it into a skirt, etc. There are seriously SO many styling options. The very best news of all is that it was just marked down from $35 to $22! Yes, $22!!! I could hardly believe my eyes. Seriously so good.

Next I want to mention my jeans. These are hands down the best affordable pair I've ever owned. They fit like a glove, have the perfect amount of stretch, wash so well and have the best ripped knee detailing. They are under $80 and so so good. I went up one size in these as they run a little small. The inseam is perfect for all of you petite girls as well. I'm 5'2 for reference. These come in four different washes. I'm wearing the dark blue wash here.

And last but not least, I have never been so obsessed with a pair of booties in my entire life. I mean have y'all ever seen a pair so cute as these ruffle booties?! I am so in love with them, y'all. Words cannot describe my excitement. They have the perfect heel height for a flat pair. So easy to style and so comfortable. They are the softest leather and run TTS. But the very best part is the ruffle details! I am so in love with these. They are under $100 and selling out so quickly. They come in grey and black as well. If I see my size come back in stock, I'm going to get them in another color because I love them so much.

Well that's about it for today. I hope you all have a great weekend! Thanks for stopping by.

Madeline: Floral A-Line Dress (Under $20) // Sandals // Bow

Hello friends and happy Thursday! I hope y'all are having a great week so far. Y'all know that I have been sharing a lot of transition looks. These outfits are ones to get you from summer to fall. And of course these pieces could be styled a little differently to wear the pieces again once we are into fall. I'll mention how I plan to do that below. But today Madeline and I are wearing some of our new pieces from Target! As always, Target does it again :)

I find soooo many darling pieces for Madeline from Target. Our local Target store tends to not get in all the best pieces. And if they do, it's always much later than they come in online. So for that reason, I tend to order a lot from Target! We still go there all the time, because ya know, there's nothing like a good Target run :) But It's also a lot easier to find what you're looking for online. I guess you can't go wrong either way! This week I have gotten a few packages of clothes and shoes for Madeline. I'm telling y'all, the new booties for girls are some of the cutest ones I've ever seen! Check this pair out. They are currently 30% off with the code SHOES30.

Today, the Target piece I'm styling is this amazing Cocoon style cardigan. Y'all know how much I adore yellow, especially a golden/mustard yellow for fall. This cardigan is only $22 and comes in 16 colors! Yes, 16!!! So basically there's a color for everyone. It definitely runs TTS (wearing the XS, for reference). For transitioning, I have it layered with this amazing cami and paired with my favorite jeans ever. This cami is a must-have for fall! It is slowly being re-stocked as it was an item from the recent NSale. But even not on sale, it's only $35. It comes in a few colors! I also found this similar cami in ivory for only $12. For transitioning, I also have it paired with these peep toe booties that are amazing! Once it gets cooler out, I plan to swap out the beep toe booties for a pair of knee-high boots.

Madeline's little dress is also a Target find. I mean, how cute!!!! The colors are just stunning, and I adore the floral print. It has the prettiest little ruffle details around the neck line. It's so easy and breezy. She loved the way it twirls :) For fall, I plan to pair it with tights and layer a vest over it. And of course add in a pair of the cutest Target style booties. Also, the photo of her twirling above just melts my heart! When I photograph Madeline, I always tell her to have some fun and Mama will take your picture. That usually involves a lot of jumping around and twirling haha. But I feel like those always make the best pictures. She's such a free spirit and I love it!

I hope you all have a great Thursday! Thanks for stopping by.

Happy Tuesday, friends! I hope y'all are having a great start to the new week. I have my fingers crossed that this week won't be as crazy as last week was. Although it is a busy one, I'm hoping it will be a great one. The sunshine has been shining the past few days, so I'm SO thankful for that. It's amazing what a difference even good weather can make haha.

Today I am excited to style a dress that is perfect transitioning into fall. But before I get started on the details, I have to share that it was just marked down to $68!! I paid full price for this one but am so excited that y'all have the chance to get it on sale. The yellow makes it more than perfect for transitioning, especially when paired with some booties. First off, I love the puff cold shoulder sleeve details. I think it's just the cutest touch! I also love the pleated details of this dress as they add such a flirty flare. But what I love most are the tortoise buttons going up the front...absolutely adorable! Oh and I must mention that this dress also has pockets, which is a huge win in my book. I would say that this brand runs a little on the smaller side. I always go up one size, which is what I did for this dress and it fits perfectly. The fact that the straps are adjustable help so much.

These booties are my new go-to! They were actually my last minute and very last purchase from the NSale. But I'm so glad that I made the decision to grab them up. They go with everything and are the perfect transition shoe! The shape of the heel is gorgeous. I have them in the French Taupe Suede color, and they pair up nicely with so many looks.

Also, since I just got my hair cut last week, I also thought it would be fun to share a little bit about some of my favorite hair products. One of my most asked questions is what hair products I use. I use all Bumble and bumble products. I'll share the ones I love and always have on hand below.

These three products are the ones I love to use before I dry my hair. I either use the tonic lotion primer or the thickening spray depending on what mood I'm in haha. I love the tonic lotion primer because it always has an impact on my curls. I love the thickening spray for that very reason, it does wonders if you have more of a fine hair texture! The primer also serves as heat protectants. After I spray one of these on my wet hair, I then spray the Surf Foam Spray into my roots as it adds the best texture! It also adds so much volume to my hair and helps to make my curls last. Even if I'm wearing it straight that day, it will still help to add so much volume. It's amazing!

If I'm wanting to give my hair a little break, then I will only use the repair blow dry product. It is great for just giving your hair a break. It makes my hair feel so nourished and healthy. It doesn't do that much for volume and styling, but it is great for simply giving your hair a rest.

This product can get a little pricey as I tend to go through a can so quickly. But I have decided that I can't do without this stuff. It is AMAZING! Again, if you have fine hair or just need to add some texture and life to your hair haha, you need to try the Dry Spun Finishing Spray! It adds texture as a dry shampoo would, but it does so without making your hair feel dirty. I love to use this on my hair after I have styled it. So, after I've curled my hair or after I've added in the hot rollers and straightened the desired pieces (for wearing it straight), I'll spray this stuff throughout to add a messier, more effortless look. I let than set for a few minutes then gently run my fingers through it to calm it down. Then I have the most amazing volume and texture. It also helps to keep my hair styled throughout the day. It's seriously amazing! It also makes me use less hairspray, so I like to look at it as I am saving money on hairspray since I use this haha.

I would normally never use a firm hold hairspray, but what's so great about this one is that fact that it doesn't give your hair that stiff, yuck feeling. It's amazing! I use this one every day and love the results. Not to mention, it smells sooo good!

Well, products are all I use! I always have them stocked up and have been using them for months/years. I know Bb products can get pricey, but if you're looking for some good, high quality hair products, they are well worth it. If I had to recommend just two, I'd say go with the Bb Tonic Lotion Primer and the Dry Spun Finish Spray

I hope y'all found this helpful! Thanks for stopping by and have a great Tuesday!

Happy Friday, friends! I hope y'all are getting ready for a great weekend ahead. This week has been pretty crazy, to say the least, so I'm ready for the weekend. Next week looks like it is going to be even busier, so I'm hoping for a restful, fun weekend with Madeline.

Today's post is actually not the one I had originally planned to share with you all. I had another look planned for today, but yesterday when I was working, I forgot to take my film card adapter out of my computer (a habit I need to stop, and yesterday I definitely learned my lesson). Madeline accidentally hit my computer, and if fell with the side of the film card adapter facing down. Y'all probably know what happened next. The adapter broke, but thankfully the photos are alright. I just need to go purchase a new adapter. So, that post will be coming on Monday! However, I did remember this post featuring the most adorable hot pink ruffle wrap dress was one I had yet to share. So, here it is!

Two things I love: a wrap dress and a pink dress. Combine the two, add in ruffles and call it perfection! That's how I feel about this adorable prink ruffle wrap dress. It also comes in yellow and runs TTS. I think if I had to choose a favorite style dress, it would be a wrap dress. I love the versatility of them. I also found the my favorite See by Chloe wedges in stock in a bunch of sizes. Grab them up and save them for next summer, because these have been such a go-to for me. I know they will be the same next summer as well.

I hope y'all have an amazing weekend! Thanks for stopping by!

Happy Thursday, friends! Today I'm so excited to share yet another mommy and me look wearing one of my very favorite brands, Lilly Pulitzer! Lilly is my very favorite way to twin with Madeline. I love the vibrant, fun prints. The pieces we are wearing today are actually from the first Lilly fall collection, which I have been loving. I absolutely fell in love with the colors if this print, Chimpoiserie. The pink and green with the leaf print are pure perfection! There is also a shift dress almost identical to Madeline's little shift. But this time I opted for a few other Lilly pieces that are a little different from ones I've had in the past. The Faye skort is amazing!! I adore the ruffle front detail. I would say it runs TTS (wearing a 0, for reference). It is so comfortable and breathable. You can easily casual them down with sandals a tee or dress them up with heels and dressier top, like the Karmen Cami I am wearing here. I adore this cami for so many reasons! First off, I have to say that online it looks more green. But in person, it is definitely a blueish green. I also am looking forward to wearing it with jeans and layering a cardigan one it for the fall! It also runs TTS. The ruffle front details are the best. And there's nothing I love more than a little Lilly shift on Madeline.

And don't forget that the Lilly Pulitzer After Party Sale is at the end of this month! Although these pieces from the newest collections will not be part of the sale, so many pieces I've recently worn will be. Stay tuned for all of my coverage on the sale + sale guides.

I hope y'all have a great Thursday! Thanks for stopping by.

Pre-Fall Favorites: All Under $100!

Pre-Fall Favorites: Ruffles, Leopard, Olive Green & More - All Under $100! - Something Delightful Blog @racheltimmerman

Hello friends and happy Tuesday! I hope y'all had a great weekend. It was definitely a great one around here. Spending time with Miss Madeline is always fun and exciting as we got in some much needed time outside by the pool. And to top things off, my sister got engaged! I'm so so excited. The wedding planning has already begun, and I can't wait to help her every step of the way.

Anyways, I have been finding so many fun pre-fall pieces, also known as transition pieces, to get you through the time where your heart says fall but the weather literally screams summer haha. Deep rose pinks, olive greens, mustard yellows and other neutrals are what I'm currently eyeing. What's so great about the pieces I've shared above is that you can wear them now and then throw a jacket or cami over them once it gets cooler out. I love finding versatile pieces like this. If it's something I feel that I may wear only once or twice, you better believe I won't be buying it. But pieces like this will allow you to get so much wear out of. The best part is that all of these I have featured above are under $100!

I recently shared these RUFFLE booties (yes, they're ruffled ahhhh) on my Instagram (see below). I am completely, absolutely, 100% obsessed, and you all who follow me on there seemed to be as well. They are literally the cutest things and probably my favorite pair of booties ever. I love the lower heel. They are under $100 and come in two other colors. But hurry because sizes are selling out so quickly. My ruffle mules are also adorable and under $80. And the leopard ruffle mules are on sale for under $45!

Ruffle Booties and Mules - Something Delightful Blog

I also just purchased the lace top featured above. I see so many styling options for this one...it's gorgeous! The polka dot wrap dress is adorable and under $90! I love it for now with nude sandals and again with booties and a jacket for the fall. I also recently purchased the leopard cowl neck cami above. It's adorable! Super affordable and comes in a handful of colors. The other piece I have to point out is the olive green jumpsuit. It's under $30 and so so fun. I have it in the striped print also but just ordered it in olive green because I love it so much. The button details are the cutest touch! Go up one size.

As for the pieces I'm eyeing, how adorable is the round handbag featured above? I adore the tortoise handles. The pearl embellished denim skirt also has me so excited. I love pearls and think this one has the cutest details. Lastly, the olive green utility shirtdress is a must and so perfect for transitioning to fall! It's on sale, as well.

I hope y'all love these pieces as much as I do! Which is your favorite?! Have a great Tuesday :)
